Fire District #1 of Johnson County was dispatched to Cherry Hills Circle in Gardner Oct. 22.

Crews battled strong winds but quickly dispatched the fire.

The cause of the fire was due to charcoal briquettes that were still burning after previously doused with water.

The homeowner has been displaced but no injuries were reported.
