The Commemorative Air Force-Heart of America hosted the last Open Hanger Day of 2022 at Hangar 3, 6 Aero Plaza, New Century, KS. Attendees could enjoy a lunch, tour the collection of military aviation memorabilia, visit with pet rescue groups, build a Styrofoam glider, purchase a personalized dog tag, ride in a vintage jeep and purchase an airplane ride in an open cockpit flight.
